Welcome to Family & Friends Fest Jamaica 2026. These terms govern your use of our website at familyfriendsfest.com and our SMS-based RSVP service. By using the website or replying to our messages, you agree to these terms.
What this service is
This is a private RSVP service for a personal celebration in Jamaica. It is operated by Ryan Clark as a sole proprietor for invited family members and friends. It is not a commercial event service and is not open to the public.
Eligibility
You may use this service only if you have received an invitation, or have been added to the guest list at the request of an invited host. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
SMS messaging
If you provide your mobile number through our request form or to a host, you consent to receive SMS messages from us about the event. These messages may include:
- Your personal invitation link
- RSVP reminders
- Logistical updates (such as dates, times, locations, or important changes)
Message frequency is low. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop receiving SMS, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. We support these keywords on every message.
Your responsibilities
When using the service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Only submit your own phone number, or a number you have explicit permission to submit
- Not share your personal invitation link with anyone else
- Not attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the service
The event itself
Family & Friends Fest Jamaica 2026 is a private, non-commercial gathering. Attendance is at your own risk. The host is not a professional event organiser, travel agent, or insurer. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, insurance, and personal safety.
No warranties
The website and SMS service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the website or SMS service, or out of your attendance at, or inability to attend, the event.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
