Family & Friends Fest Jamaica 2026 (“we”, “us”) is a private RSVP service operated by Ryan Clark for invited guests of a personal celebration. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We only collect information you give us directly. That includes:
- Your full name
- Your phone number (used to send you an invitation link by SMS)
- Your RSVP response and any guest details you provide
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically (such as approximate location and device type) for security and to detect abuse
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Send you your personal invitation link by SMS
- Send you logistical updates about the event (for example, schedule changes or important notices)
- Track who is attending so we can plan the event
- Respond to your questions
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.
SMS messaging
If you submit your phone number through our request form, you are consenting to receive SMS messages from us related to Family & Friends Fest Jamaica 2026. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Message frequency is low — typically your invitation link, plus occasional event updates.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, we will not send you further SMS messages, although we may still contact you by email or phone if you have provided those details and the message is essential to your attendance.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We use a small number of service providers to operate the RSVP service:
- Twilio — to deliver SMS messages to your phone
- Our hosting and email providers — to run the website and send any related email

How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the event. We will delete RSVP data within 90 days after the event concludes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
International transfers
Because guests are located in multiple countries (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Jamaica, and elsewhere), your information may be processed in any of those locations and by service providers based in the United States or European Union. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

You can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you SMS or email

Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no online service can be 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
Children
This service is intended for invited adult guests. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If a guest is bringing a minor as part of their RSVP, only the inviting adult's contact details are stored.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to RSVP'd guests directly.
